The team of LESHCHENKO & PARTNERS took part in the VIII AAU Judicial Forum

The team of LESHCHENKO & PARTNERS participated in the VIII Judicial Forum organised by the Ukrainian Bar Association (AAU), which brought together judges, attorneys, legal scholars and business representatives to discuss key challenges and trends in the development of Ukraine’s judicial system.

This year’s forum focused on highly relevant issues for the legal community, including the transformation of the judiciary in 2026, ensuring the unity of court practice, the role of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court and cassation courts, as well as the digital transformation of justice.

Oleksandr Leshchenko, Managing Partner of LESHCHENKO & PARTNERS, spoke during the first session dedicated to the state of the judicial system and expectations regarding its further development. His presentation addressed the issue of ensuring the unity of judicial practice and the importance of the legal positions of the Grand Chamber in shaping predictable and consistent case law.

In addition, Oleksandr Leshchenko moderated the second session of the forum, which focused on the digital revolution in the judiciary, including the impact of artificial intelligence, automation and technological transformation on court proceedings and the new challenges faced by courts.

LESHCHENKO & PARTNERS also acted as an expert partner of the forum, supporting professional dialogue and the exchange of practical experience aimed at strengthening the legal profession and the development of the rule of law in Ukraine.
