Karlstrong has been granted criticality status and the ability to book employees
The team of LESHCHENKO & PARTNERSʼ Odesa office has successfully provided legal support to Carlstrong LLC, which helped the company to obtain the status of a company critical to the functioning of the economy and the life support of the population during a special period.
This status allowed the client to officially book key employees, primarily drivers engaged in international freight transport. Previously, the company’s operations were effectively blocked, with employees refusing to leave for flights without clear legal protection from mobilisation.
